Free delivery and installation are available for orders above SAR 500.

At present, delivery and installation services are available only in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Orders below SAR 500 will be subject to a delivery charge of SAR 100.

The shipping team will contact you a few days prior to delivery.

Free Installation

After your equipment has been delivered, our installation team will contact you to schedule the installation.

• Riyadh: 2–3 working days after delivery

• Dammam and Jeddah: 3–5 working days after delivery

Delivery and installation are performed during business hours, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

A valid identification document and the receiver’s signature on the acknowledgement document may be required at the time of delivery.

You will receive an email and SMS confirmation regarding your payment.

Please note any visible damage to the packaging on the delivery receipt, if applicable.

All products sold through www.johnsonfitnessme.com will be shipped directly from Johnson Health Tech Saudi.

If you change the shipping address after your order has been processed, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs of SAR 300.

If you cancel the order after the unit has been shipped from Johnson Health Tech Saudi, or in the case of a product exchange, a shipping charge of SAR 300 will apply.

Any delays in delivery and installation during public holidays will be communicated to the customer in advance by the Johnson Health Tech team.

If the customer cannot be reached or does not respond to the shipping company within three attempts of initial contact, Johnson Health Tech Saudi reserves the right to determine the shipment as undeliverable.

 

CONDITIONS APPLY

1.) *** Please allow extra time for shipping during public holidays. We will do our best to get your new machine to you ASAP, but some situations are out of our control. If there is a shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as we can. Thanks for understanding.

2.) *** Standard Inside delivery will be performed by placing the item in the garage or over the threshold of the first available ground level door of the house and will not include room of choice or any steps. The driver must be able to safely move the unit with a hand-powered pallet jack or two-wheeled cart to the garage or house for this to be performed. If the driver cannot safely perform this delivery for any reason (including but not limited to: steepness of driveway or sidewalk, insufficient paved or concrete surface, lack of ground level option, or snow or ice on the sidewalk or driveway), the buyer will be responsible to accept the item at the street or the point closest to the residence that the driver can safely reach.

3.) Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
